The estimates provided by the Service are for informational and budgeting purposes only. They are not a guarantee of the actual cost of your roofing project. The final cost will be determined by the contractor you choose after a thorough on-site inspection. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform any construction work.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with any contractors you connect with through our Service. We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor.

In no event shall New Roof Cost Estimator, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
